We build AI into the applications you already run — so it works on its own, inside your workflow, instead of in a chat window someone has to remember to open. Content generation, data extraction, classification, drafting replies to customers. We pick the right model for each task (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), keep your app provider-agnostic, and build the guardrails demos skip: response validation, fallbacks, rate limits and cost control.

AI-Assisted Software Engineering

We use AI coding agents in our own day-to-day development — under a disciplined pipeline of requirements, architecture, tests and verification, with a senior developer reviewing every change. You get faster delivery without giving up code you can read, test and maintain. We built our own tooling for this and open-sourced it.

Legacy Application Rescue & Migration

If your app is broken and nobody can figure out why, that’s where we start. Abandoned codebases, outdated frameworks, the system the last developer walked away from — we diagnose it, stabilise it, and bring it up to date without a risky rewrite.

Liberty Action Center — several teams had failed to debug their application. It turned out to be two CakePHP apps nested inside each other. We fixed it; when Florida Citizens Alliance took the application over in 2016, they kept us for ten years.

Data Pipelines, Research & Reporting

Can you add AI to an application we already have?
Yes — that is most of our AI work. We integrate with existing codebases (PHP, Node.js, Python, Laravel, CakePHP) and keep the AI behind a provider-agnostic layer, so switching between OpenAI, Claude and Gemini is a configuration change, not a rewrite.
Is our business data safe when you use AI APIs?
We use the providers' APIs, not consumer chat apps, so your data is not used for model training. We strip personal data before it is sent where we can, use enterprise API plans where available, and can set up self-hosted models for highly sensitive data.
Do you use AI to write your code?
We use AI coding agents to move faster, inside a pipeline with written requirements, tests and verification — and a senior developer reviews every change before it ships. You get code that is documented, tested and maintainable by any developer, not a black box.
Do you subcontract or outsource?
No. You work directly with the two of us, the same people from first call to long-term maintenance.
What don't you do?
